The goal of the Microsoft Work Management Envisioning Workshop is to obtain a clear understanding of your organizations current Project and Portfolio Management state and future goals and align that to the Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management Platform. Marque360’s experts will facilitate and guide the discussion with key stakeholders and Project Sponsors in an interactive session designed by workloads outlined below.

Our team will kick off the workshop with a discussion around customers overall PMO goals and a demonstration of the Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management platform and then dive into the breakout sessions outlined by workloads. Stakeholders can participate in breakout sessions based on their focus areas. Each session will be approximately 2 hours with a focus on discussing current state/processes, future state goals and demonstrating functionality as needed.

At the completion of the Project Online Roadmap Workshop, we will:

1. Create a roadmap with recommendations around a phased approach for rollout
2. Create a Project Schedule and estimate for each work stream
3. Document detail areas that need to be improved or are not aligned with industry Best Practices
